S.H.E.E.P is a ministry for men. We are here to gather men for the Kingdom of God and to provide a stable place where we are Shepherding His Encouraged & Equipped Patriarchs, all to God's glory.
We seek to build up, encourage, and equip men to live in accordance with the Word of God as heads of their households and communities. All men are welcome to the table, and in the stable.
Events
Our ministries offers several opportunities for men to meet together and have open, confidential discussion amongst other men. We would love to have you join us at any one of our gatherings to fellowship, find brotherhood, and discuss how to live more godly lives.
No matter your background or experiences in life, we guarantee there are other men who have been stood in your boots.
All Meetings Honor Our Code Of Brotherhood:
(1) Confidentiality. What happens at the breakfast, stays at the breakfast. Everything shared here, stays here amongst your brothers. Proverbs. 17:9a - “He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates intimate friends.”
(2) Openness. Be at ease. Do your best to be open and honest during discussions. Your transparency will encourage others to share what’s on their heart. Your testimony of what Jesus has done for you could help lead someone else to Him. We’re men, but it doesn’t mean we can’t be vulnerable. James 5:16 – “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.” John 8:32 – “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
(3) Empathy. We’re open to the needs of all those who seek healing. We understanding of all situations and aim to equip one another in how to face life’s toughest moments. We always look to Jesus’ teachings for the proper guidance. Galatians 6:2 – “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
(4) Respect. Love thy neighbor. Do unto others. Serve your brother like you would want to be served. Mutual respect goes a long way and is the second greatest command. Disagreements may happen, but in the end, we are all brothers willing to do Kingdom work. 1 John 4:11 – “Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”
(5) Support. Encourage your brothers by lifting them up. Help hold each other accountable to the woes of sin and and protect one another against the dangers of spiritual attack. Fight alongside them. Weep with them. Pray with them. 1 Thessalonians 5:14 – “And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all.”
